These terms are an agreement between Raibs Technologies (123) and the business ("you") that signs up for Raibs Gym Management Solution. By creating an account you accept them.
The Service
Raibs Gym Management Solution is gym-management software offered as a subscription: members, plans, payments, door-device control, reminders, member app, websites and reports. Features depend on the plan you choose.
Your account
- You must give true details and keep passwords secret. You are responsible for what your staff do with their logins.
- You must be allowed to run your business and to collect your members' data, including biometric templates, with their consent.
Trial, plans and payment
- New accounts get a free trial for the days shown at sign-up. After the trial, the account pauses until a plan is paid.
- Fees are shown on our pricing page and include GST where stated. Plans are paid in advance for the period chosen and renew only when you pay again.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal.
Members' payments
Money that your members pay online goes directly to your own payment-gateway account. We are not a party to those payments and do not hold them.
Door devices
The Service sends allow/block instructions to supported devices. Devices that are offline, misconfigured or tampered with may not follow them. You are responsible for your premises' safety, emergency exits and local rules.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, spam, attempts to break security, reselling without permission, or overloading the system. See the Acceptable use policy.
Data
Your data stays yours. You can export it while your account is active. After closing, we keep it for 90 days so you can come back, then delete it (except records the law requires us to keep).
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not promise the Service will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support: sriram100044@gmail.com, +91 9080144071.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that do not pay or that break these terms, after notice where possible.
Law and disputes
Indian law applies. Courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
